God’s Love We Pray

We assist with the funerals at JGS providing information and support to the families of the deceased and the priest celebrating the Mass of Christian burial. We meet whenever there is a funeral. Total time commitment is usually about 2 hours. 

Serving the family at this very difficult time is a privilege and such a comfort to the family. We greet all guests, guide all participants in the readings and processional aspects of the funeral, answer questions and at times assist the priest during the service.
