Martha and Mary Society

A united group of women working together to serve God, Family, the Community and each other, with emphasis on Hospitality, Spirituality, and Stewardship. There is a monthly fellowship on the second Wednesday of the month in the Centre at 5 p.m. (Excluding Jan., Feb., Jul., & Aug.)

Time Requirement:  Monthly meeting attendance plus whatever time you can devote to help with other activities.Why?  Because we're a fun bunch!

We're a group of ladies who love to give.
As "Sisters in Christ", we form strong bonds of spiritual friendship with one another to help us on this earthly journey.Our March meeting was a feast of Shepherd's Pie, Corned Beef and Cabbage, and all the sides in honor of St. Patrick's Day, highlighted by a demonstration in Irish Dance!

April's Baby Shower garnered much needed diapers and a variety of child care products, and monetary donations for the Birthright of Prince Frederick.

Based on letters of appreciation from Birthright, Calvert Hospice, and other organizations, our contributions are much needed and well received.Food is an integral part of our meetings.  It's quite a friendship - food and people just go together!
